On the Tenth Day of Christmas

My true love gave to me….Santa’s Little Helper! A perennial favorite of California Craft beer fanatics, this one get pulled from beer cellars year round. And it ages like a champion.

Port Brewing Santa’s Little Helper, 9.5% ABV: Loads of chocolate and cocoa with notes of caramel, vanilla, roasted malt, and tobacco, and a bit of smoke that intensifies as it ages. This one is a serious mouthful! Back in May, I was privileged enough to taste the 2003 Santa’s Little Helper with the Sour Beers group. What an incredible beer. CLICK HERE to see more of that fantastic tasting!

Until tomorrow,

Pull out some of your favorite beers from storage, and enjoy a Craft beer holiday!

Where did you find your sour beers group – looking to find local groups to be able to share beers, do tastings, etc.
