I’m enjoying your beer minutes ! Especially this one. Swami’s IPA was my first IPA and introduced me to the wonders of hoppy beers. That must have been ten or fifteen years ago. Swami’s continues to be one of my favorites. For a long time, the manager of Pizza Port Solana, Mike Gabbard, often started pouring a Swami’s as soon as he sees me walk in the door.
Oh, and your beer minute video production quality is great too.
Also, I gotta make it to one of your future food / beer pairings. Is there a schedule posted ?
