  1. Dogfish Head makes some of the best “flavored beer” out there IMO! For someone who doesn’t like even the thought of adding flavor to a beer (brewed with added ingredients or added after the fact), like me, Dogfish Head has really turned my head the other direction. Remember reluctantly picking up a case of their Aprihop (Apricot IPA) and was blown away!! Laurie, if you have not tried this yet, you owe it to yourself to pick it up in the Spring. Especially when the outside ambient temperature begins to climb for the 100-F marker, or like here in Texas far surpass 100 degrees Fahrenheit, the Aprihop gets into its stride with a light hoppy body and the zing of Apricots hitting your palate at the very end almost as an after thought. Great review! Let me know what you think of the Aprihop when it comes back into season or if you’ve already had it. I’m on a mad dash to try everything I can possibly get my hands on from Dogfish Head – those guys ROCK!!
